A Return to Self. A Day for Emotional Wellbeing.
National Feel Something Day is a shared reset dedicated to emotional wellbeing and sensory ritual. It’s a moment to pause, reconnect, and feel present again — through movement, breath, scent, and touch.
We gather on and around seasonal shifts because nature already gives us built-in moments of change — new light, new energy, new rhythms. National Feel Something Day is our way of meeting those shifts with intention, and using them as a reminder to come back to ourselves.
Each event is simple, accessible, and designed to be experienced in-studio or at home. Studios host movement-based classes with a closing ritual, and individuals can join virtually from anywhere and create their own reset space.
Join a class. Follow a ritual. Feel something meaningful again.

How We Gather
We host National Feel Something Days throughout the year on key seasonal moments, including:
- Last Saturday in January (our new year reset)
- Spring Equinox
- Summer Solstice
- Fall Equinox
- Winter Solstice
Each one is a different kind of reset — grounded in the same intention: helping people reconnect to what they feel and return to themselves with clarity.
A RETURN TO SELF. A DAY FOR EMOTIONAL WELLBEING.
Studios across the country are hosting Feel Something classes—movement + a sensory closing ritual designed to support emotional wellbeing. Choose your class type, grab a spot, and we’ll send updates as new studios are added.
No studio...join us at home!
Get ready to reset, reconnect, and feel more like you.
Welcome to the Feel Something Virtual Class — a guided experience designed to help you come home to yourself through movement, breath, and sensory ritual.
Whether you’re joining from your living room, bedroom, or anywhere in between, this is your moment to pause, soften, and begin again.
This virtual class is part of Feel Something, a seasonal series held on key moments throughout the year to support emotional wellbeing and nervous system reset — all from the comfort of home.
